IQOS ILUMA Neon Series: Color, Performance, and Features

The tobacco world has been buzzing, and it’s all because of one name, IQOS ILUMA Neon Series. From futuristic design to mess-free usage and advanced induction technology, this series is redefining tobacco consumption in the UAE.

If you’re new to IQOS or upgrading from an earlier version, this guide will take you through everything you need to know features, comparisons, user experience, and why the Neon Series is the ultimate choice in 2025.

Let’s light up the details.

What is IQOS ILUMA?

IQOS ILUMA is the latest generation of heated tobacco systems by Philip Morris International. Unlike previous IQOS devices that used a blade to heat tobacco, ILUMA utilizes a SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™, which heats the tobacco from the inside, using no blade.

This means:

• No cleaning needed.
• No broken blades.
• More consistent flavor.

The ILUMA only works with specially designed TEREA™ sticks, which are sealed, eliminating loose tobacco spills.

What is the Neon Series?

The Neon Series is a limited-edition line within the ILUMA family. It combines the high-performance features of ILUMA with bold, stylish colors like electric purple, amethyst, and radiant neon accents.

Perfect for UAE users who love a device that turns heads, the Neon Series offers the same induction heating tech with a colorful twist that makes a style statement.

How ILUMA Heating Works

The innovation lies in SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™, a cutting-edge heating method where the tobacco is heated without direct contact.

Here’s how it works:

• You insert a TEREA™ stick, which contains a metallic element inside.
• The device creates an electromagnetic field, heating the core of the stick.
• You get a clean, even, and flavorful puff, without combustion or smoke.

This bladeless system is more hygienic, less messy, and requires no cleaning tools.

Device Models Compared

Each IQOS ILUMA model suits different user needs. Let’s simplify the breakdown of ILUMA , ILUMA One, and ILUMA Prime in the Neon series:

Aesthetic Design Matters

Let’s face it looks matter. The ILUMA Neon Series doesn’t disappoint.

Why it’s eye-catching:

• Metallic hues with neon gradients
• LED lighting indicators
• Textured or woven wraps (for Prime models)
• Pocket-friendly and elegant shapes

It’s more than a device it’s a conversation starter.

What Are TEREA™ Sticks?

TEREA™ sticks are specially designed for ILUMA devices only. Unlike HEETS used in older IQOS models, TEREA sticks have a closed tip and metal core, making them:

• Cleaner to use
• Mess-free (no loose tobacco)
• Only compatible with ILUMA

Popular flavors in the UAE include:

• TEREA Smooth Regular
• TEREA Balanced Yellow
• Terea Mint
• TEREA Purple Wave
• IQOS TEREA Sienna

These are available widely across UAE vape stores and delivery platforms.
